Carolyn Berghuis is an inspirational Catholic speaker, retreat leader, traditional naturopath, and best-selling author. She’s passionate about helping people experience body, heart, and soul transformation through natural medicine, forgiveness, and the mystical beauty that lives in the Catholic Church.

Her academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition, a Doctor of Naturopathy, and a Master of Arts in Theology from Saint Meinrad, where she did her master thesis on the thought of Julian of Norwich. Julian’s writings are the topic of many of Carolyn’s retreats.

Carolyn and her husband, Scott, enjoy a rich family life with three children and eight grandchildren. They live in Carmel, Indiana, and their home parish is Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Carolyn loves beach vacations, taking ballet barre classes, hanging out with her family, and cuddling with her little pink-eared Cockapoo named Gracie.
